HotelsCombined CashBack Terms and Conditions

Thanks for participating in the 2019 Content Creator Survey.

To show our appreciation for your time, we have partnered with KAYAK Affiliate Network who have sponsored 30 vouchers for EUR 30 to be used on bookings via HotelsCombined, part of the KAYAK Affiliate Network, for the first 30 people who answer the survey in full. 

To qualify for the voucher you must:

  1. Share your email address with us when completing the survey. We regret that we cannot give a voucher to those who fill the survey anonymously.
  2. Fill the survey in full, including the open questions that ask for feedback.
  3. Be one of the first 30 content creators who answer as per the time stamp on the survey submission form.

We will reach out to the winners after the survey closes. Please whitelist mar@onceinalifetimemedia.com to ensure our emails don’t go into the Spam folder.

Below are the T&C associated with the vouchers.

How to use it? 

To use your HotelsCombined CashBack, you simply need to:

  1. Search your hotel on www.HotelsCombined.com
  2. Click on your preferred offer (you will be redirected to one of our partner websites from then).
  3. Book & pay in full via the partner’s website.
  4. Send us a copy of your booking Cashback voucher along with a copy of your booking confirmation email and the email address linked to your PayPal account to cashback@hotelscombined.com. Please kindly note that if it is an educational cashback please also send a photo of your educational institution ID or student card clearly stating your name and expiry date. 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Only one CashBack can be used per booking transaction.
  2. If your booking value does not reach the CashBack face value, the leftover amount cannot be reused or redeemed for cash. 
  3. This CashBack is valid for hotel check-ins within 6 months from issue date.
  4. The CashBack amount can only be paid over Paypal in the same currency as displayed on it. 
  5. The CashBack amount will be sent within 7 days after your check-out date.
  6. CashBacks are not valid for bookings  with:  Agoda, Ctrip.com, HomeAway, Jalan.net, ModeTour, Oui.sncf, Pinspot PSP, Travel.Rakuten, Trip.com, & Wingontravel. 
  7. In the event you cancel your booking, your applied CashBack cannot be redeemed, reused elsewhere or refunded.

Other disclaimers

  • We do not take responsibility if your CashBack’s unique code has been lost, stolen or used prior by any party.
  • CashBack cannot be used in conjunction with any other HotelsCombined offers or promotions.
  • We will not re-issue CashBack, even if unused.
